Orders & Pickup
Online orders are prepared for pickup at 27 Cedar Row, Portland, OR 97204 during opening hours. We hold pickup orders for 24 hours; perishable bakes are donated at closing if unclaimed.
Reservations
Tables are held for 15 minutes past the reserved time. Parties of 7 or more need a phone confirmation, and we may ask for a card to secure weekend brunch slots.
Beans & Freshness
Coffee beans ship within two days of roasting. If a bag arrives stale or damaged, tell us within 14 days and we will replace it — no return shipping needed.
House Rules
Well-behaved dogs are welcome on the patio. Laptops are welcome everywhere on weekdays; on weekend mornings we keep the big communal table laptop-free so everyone can linger.
