Pinecrest began as a two-table espresso corner with a secondhand roaster. Today we roast every bean we brew and bake every loaf we serve, in one warm room where nobody is ever rushed.

Espresso drinks, pour overs, cold brew and a rotating single origin, all roasted in our own drum.
Every drink and bake travels well. Order at the counter or ahead in the shop and we will have it bagged at the bar.
We do. Our small-batch roaster runs every week, and the same beans we brew are available to buy fresh in the shop.
Yes: hot chocolate, chai, matcha, fresh juice and a short tea list.
